It was sure fun.

I got my racing license in 1990 (Road Atlanta School). I tried SCCA Racing first in a shared BMW. It was not my thing as people seemed to like to hit each other on the track.

I ended up trading for a 1965 Mustang that already had a professional roll cage in it. I went to vintage at HSR and SVRA. They have rules against hitting another car. It's 13/13. The second is a 13 month vacation with #3 as a complete banning.

The car won 72 podiums with the normal expenses.

Tom,
The fake bullet holes are decals.

Nonetheless, the folks at the big Road America race found them interesting and allowed me to grid in any position on the grid. I picked next to the current European pro-driver:

Yep, he kicked my butt on the first lap.
