Are these any different from the Tial MV-S that have been around for some time already?

No idea

Just saw they had three sizes and read the write up on the Garrett site.

Just caught my attention as I was looking up Turbos for my projects

No decision on anything yet

The advantage for me is the Official Garrett shop is right across the highway from my work. No shipping, customs, duty, other extortion fees only 5% tax😎

Very cool. I keep looking at the new G series turbos but they are stupid expensive and can't see the need over a GTX. What's your next engine plan?

The sleeved 2.85 MM did for the car I bought off my neighbor.
It’s the closest to be put together. I just need to purchase main bearings. I am going to buy Glyco’s and potentially get them Calico coated.

Still have to Nikasil my 3.0 and my 2.5 block.

Going to buy another 2.5 block from Soloracer and build his original 89 2.5 also

I can get Nikasil done in Winnipeg which is a 12 hour drive. That’s where the Canadian Millennium Technology is located.

The hold up is I still have to pull the engine out of Soloracer’s 89

Yes I will be using a MM 2V head with this engine.

Eventually I will purchase at least one 16V head. I would love to buy Dukes 16V head. Fidelity Machine has built my 16V ITB intake runners…MM design.
They are moving shop location right now and super busy as they have expanded even more. I don’t want to bother my friend due to that and so far he has done several thousand dollars worth of work for free.

A stock 16v head flows Niagara falls already.
