After sending out my original 951 injectors to a local shop to be cleaned and serviced they reported back at least 2 are leaking around the body and are in need of replacing. I’m trying to find the OEM green top 803 injectors but not having any luck. Any suggestions on where I might source replacements?

Yep, it seems that all the 803 injectors that are being sold as new are counterfeit. If you have a real one next to a counterfeit one, the difference is readily apparent.

Try findin a used one from a dismantler, but when those are gone, good luck...

Yeah that’s what I’ve found so far or 2.5 ohm replacements which isn’t ideal either I’d prefer not to run with resistors unless I absolutely have to. Hopefully I can find some out there somewhere.

Went thru this a while ago...Have been looking at Delphi FJ10475 same resistance as ours, but higher flow. So duty cycle has to be adjusted. Make sure they are real Delphi rather then the "Herreko ".

Have you used the Delphi injectors or has it been theoretically they would and haven’t tried them yet?

I would like to, but have only managed to find 3, still looking for the 4th one.

Reach out to @rheidtman, he rebuilds and sells stock injectors.

Someone should try these on the stock tune/chips. I have the 650cc version and would say they are a very good injector (linear and easy to control, down to very short pulses). This 380cc version, if true to spec, flows within 1% of the factory injector and is a drop in fit.

These appear to be high impedance, but I think our cars require low impedance (at least up until 1990 I think). I didnt think high impedance were compatible with the DME injector drivers. I think thats the crux of the issue with injectors is finding compatible low impedance since most modern injectors are high impedance.

Suprisingly my 1989 S2 has low impedance injectors with a resistor pack to up them to high impedance and I think the next year S2 moved completely to high impedance (unverified).
