I had to try AI. (I know, it's AI with all its warts and I'm sure you tried the same but I couldn't resist!! )

Everything matches your data except for the vague F15 response. Interestingly, all of the returned code descriptions listed their source as Clarks Garage except for F15 and 158 - the radio.

Here’s the decode for the codes you posted on a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo:

C02 — California type car / catalytic converter.

F15 — Seat cover/material code; it’s not a normal equipment option like an M-code, and in Porsche code lists it falls in the interior trim/material section rather than the performance or chassis section.

158 — Cassette-radio Blaupunkt Monterey SQR 23.

220 — Limited slip differential.

395 — 16" forged alloy wheels (944/944S/951).

454 — Automatic speed control.

650 — Sunroof.

983 — Seat cover front SLL / cloth-leatherette trim family, depending on the exact trim chart used for that model year.

What stands out

This car appears to have a fairly period-correct spec: California emissions, LSD, 16-inch forged wheels, cruise control, and a sunroof. The F15 code is the only one in your list that is less straightforward, because it belongs to Porsche’s upholstery/trim coding rather than a standard accessory code.

Since it sits right after the CO2 (catalytic converter code) and doesn't follow the typical option code pattern (or appear on any of the option code lists), my guess is that it is an internal code for some feature of your car (like the catalytic converter) that isn't an 'option' per se. One way to potentially figure it out would be to order a Porsche Production Specification (PPS) Certificate. It would list all the true options, though may or may not shed like on F15 if it's more of a build code thing like CO2...
