I’ve had this 928 for about 24 years. I’m under the number of miles to get the timing belt done but way over on years..so..it’s in the shop now! Complete engine check-up being done! Can’t wait to get it back.

How many miles are on the car? That's wild that you haven't done the belt before. Based on what everyone says anyways. I assume you are doing the water pump and pulleys/idlers too?

It’s got about 90k. It was done just before I got it at around 50k miles. Lol..I didn’t know there was a time limit, too. I thought you just went by miles. It’s at Southshore performance now. New belt, water pump, pulleys. Intake removed and he found a few shorts and sensors to fix. Not looking forward to the bill but can’t wait to put it in first gear.
