Curioius what others are using for replacement struts for their hoods. I bought a set off Amazon that had 4+ star reviews. (a lot of reviews), but mine only lasted a month or two and are now dead. So looking for a good replacement set.

I've purchased genuine Porsche and also Stabilus from Paragon Products. Both seem to work the same, but the Stabilus are much less expensive.

I currently have a set of BOXI struts installed, also an Amazon purchase for $19.99, they've been holding strong for a little over 7 years now.

I've had success with Stabilis in the past as well, similar price point...
