I need a second set of eyes on an upper radiator hose.

I'm having fan clearance issues with the upper radiator hose. I don't have another car to look at but I *think* my issue is the hose is backwards which is why the fan blade is hitting the upper radiator hose. Can anyone confirm it looks like my issue?
