Balance belt/accessory belts

Hello all,
New to the goldmine of knowledge here ! I have an 87 924S and have had nothing but trouble since I got it… I have ended up lifting the engine out and changing all seals and belts but I can’t seem to find If the 3D printed belt tensioning tool can be adapted to get correct tension on the balance shaft belt or accessory belts ? I have just had to rebuild the power steering pump due to the belt being too tight and have found evidence of the previous balance shaft belt being too tight as well. I know it’s not as important as timing but I still don’t wanna take any chances putting everything back together.
