After finding some plans to create a tool, made of aluminium, to adjust the headlight washer spray in a 944 (would probably work on other Porsche models) I decided to try and design one using the dimensions given and then 3D print the tool. This I have done and printed it ising a 0.4 nozzle in PETG as a trial. The model shown in the pic certainly fits so that it would do the job the obvious flaw lies in the strength of the two 'prongs'. I am reluctant to put any poundage on with them in PETG. I know there are stronger filaments out there (I'm no expert) any suggestions welcome. Also happy to share the stl file to anybody else who want to 'play' withe the design and/or the material.

I tried to print one and gave up. The tangs that go into the squirter are so small, and the quitters are so hard to move, I just couldn't print anything strong enough. With the right print orientation and a strong cf filament, it might be possible to make a useable tool, but I gave up after realizing a 10mm OD tube with 1mm wall thickness could be shaped into an aiming tool in minutes with a Dremel. See detailed here.
