Hi everyone. I have been searching for a shop repair manual for my 2019 911 4s. I’m preparing to DIY the 40000 mile service. I don’t always trust You Tube for a repair. Although some are good, many are edited. I would think by now manuals would be publically available. Thanks so much.

I think all "modern" VAG manuals are online-only. You have to purchase a subscription by the day/week/month/year.
That being said, there are usually folks in "other" parts of the world who buy subscriptions and produce page-by-page captures of the online stuff in PDF which they then sell. I got one of those for my 2015 Flying Spur. (It had watermarks on each page, but those were easily removed in a PDF editor.)
I made my living in software, so I'm not usually one to be skirting copyrights. But I also believe in right-to-repair, and VAG's policies are inadequate on this front, so what's one to do?

A friend with a subscription also tells me he's charged based on how long he's online, so says he's always racing to get his downloads... The whole system is unfortunate for DIY types. I'm hopeful there will come a time -- after Porsche service departments milk every last dime out of monopolizing basic repair info -- that Porsche will publish or sell the info (like they publish classic PET parts info now). A guy can dream anyway....
