The 3 (most often but can be fewer) pics take several days to appear after you reach CP8.0. They will appear on both your phone app and in your My Porsche account under the "Discover Current Phase" button. They will not appear under the "Track Your Dream" button.
Hopefully, someone else who has actual experience can either verify or correct.

I never got pictures on my '21. I went to the dealer to see if they could pull them up --since I could not -- and they confirmed no production pics of my car. It may have changed since then, and it's possible we all just missed them, but my sales guy said some cars get pictures, and some don't. Not sure I'd bet the farm on that being correct, but that's what they told me. That's a very cool one! I'm suddenly if I didn't get a picture because my car is white.
