What are the 3 small terminals in the Idle Control/Stabilizer Valve connected to?

The outer pins go to 33 and 34 in the DME connector. The center pin goes to battery voltage. Having an issue?

The three small terminals are for the two windings of the stepper motor and a common power feed.
The DME controls the motor by pulsing the ground paths for the two windings to move the valve in or out.
