TPS processing within the KLR

Reverse engineering the DME has been frying my brain recently so I took a break from that to do some more reverse engineering on the KLR

I think something similar for the DME is in order too. I touched on that in a recent thread about TPS voltages, so maybe it's time we documented exactly what's going on there too. But that'll have to wait because I have a ton of other DME stuff to write about first.
