1986 944 Turbo w/49k miles

I saw this listing on my morning feed from PcarMarket. It looks to be a really nice 944 Turbo out of Santa Barbara. Miles are represented as actual best I can tell. Lots of photos. Five days left in the auction. I'm curious where the selling price will end up. Any guesses?

If this were 1986 and I could spec a 944 Turbo however I wanted, this would be it. White over black with Fuchs -- classic! Tempting actually, but hard to justify another one (and there was some reference to it being re-painted if I read that right...).

Carfax is clean but there's this rather vague line that says "The exterior is believed to have been previously refinished". I'm surprised that none of the commenters or bidders have asked about the particulars of that line so far.

Nothing to see here. Just a wax job.

And there's this sentence that's also vague. "Maintenance records are said to be available dating back to the original ownership."

It's a clean car and a good one I think. However, the seller needs to be a bit more prepared as to what is and what isn't. Vagueness doesn't carry much weight.

Looks to be clean and well taken care of....
Latest Excellence (received last night) Market Update has an 86 Turbo Good at $17K and excellent at $25K, low mileage will help with keeping price on higher side.
