No first hand Phoenix info from me, but you might call the dealer and ask who they use. I scratched mine up good, and opted to let my dealer fix it since it was already there. They said they'd tried most of the local wheel shops and settled on one fairly unknown guy who they felt best. No first hand experience with wheel refinishing here either. Lots of used luxury car dealers here though and I am sure they all have people they use as well.
