When building the engines that I am slowly getting around to……so much other 951 stuff I am doing with three cars….found a fourth car I am probably going to pick up when the weather improves as it’s a road trip to get it.
Anywhoooo back to my point.

There is a local shop I found that does balancing and I will post my findings and results.

Link below

I am very curious and interested in Metalax. It is a real thing as it’s used in the industry I work in. Not something many people know about in the car crowd.

For anyone interested check out Metalax….does have a funny name to me as my sense of humor does not match my age😆

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the metalax is, but the blueprinting guy's website is pretty funny. Love the disclaimer but my favorite is testimonial section...

Metalax….vibratory stress relief….not the wife’s night stand😆

I always think of the opposite of the Tacoma bridge.

Vibrating something at specific sub-harmonic frequency.

There is a fair bit of info if you dig around on the Meta-lax website

Stress relief on any metal car piece in an engine or other piece is a good thing👍

I think any welded header system would benefit. Due to the fact this is just up the highway to me I am going to take advantage of it.

I will try get a cost as soon as I have time.
