WANTED! A vintage Porsche 356A, B or C...

Although I am a fervent 914 enthusiast, my first and foremost Porsche dream model has remained the ubiquitous 356 of 50s/60s fame and racing fortune, throughout my life. I have therefore always rather desperately wanted a 356 Porsche! It remains an unfulfilled dream, tragically!

Therefore, I am trying to find a wealthy Porsche philanthropist whose personal collection of 356s runneth over like King Solomon's wine chalace...a kindly disposed Porsche collector who has so many vintage 356s in his collection that he must needs pare his 356 numbers down a tad! Further, given some uncertain economic twists and turns on the international scene, I am forced to request that it be given me absolutely free!

Several months ago I actually submitted a request to the 'Make-A-Wish Foundation' that I be provided a classic 356 through their auspices but sadly, I was turned down as not being young enough or afflicted by severe enough physical infirmities to qualify under their present standards of consideration. I thought that was rather heartless of them, but...

I even tried 'Go Fund Me', but all I could raise was some sporatic interest in helping me fund a good psychiatrist (sob).

Consequently, if you feel insanely charitable and would like to brighten a poor (but honorable) 914 enthusiast's day, please get in touch with me at your earliest (and your tax consultant's earliest) opportunity. I can guarantee that your 'excess' Porsche 356 Coupe will find a kind and loving home with me! I will have a small dash-plaque engraved to record your magananimity for posterity and promise also to also light a voltive candle for you every year on the anniversary of Dr. Professor Frederick Porsche's birthday, in the name of Our Lady of Perpetual Vapor Lock!
