Hello all,
I am trying to find a company in the US or Europe which would manufacture some 911 rear grill badges as far as I am providing them the logos, I have tried to contact for example Rennbetrieb but they don't answer my emails.
Any suggestion would be welcome !
Thx,
Fabrice

Cascade Region had a batch of 60 done for our 60th anniversary a few years ago. They were made in Canada.

Actually Arne, would you be kind enough to show us a photo of the back of the badge to see the fixing mechanism and also to tell me what was roughly the cost per item (it's ok to send me that particular info with a private message.
Thx,
Fabrice

Fabrice, I don't have that badge any longer myself (sold it with my 911T), and don't have any pictures of the back side. As I recall it had a pair of threaded bosses that protruded about 10mm from the flat back side. It came with threaded rods, nuts and washers, and a retainer plate. I recall that they were no more than $25 each, but they were commissioned about 5 years ago.
The company was quite responsive back then, I'm sure they can provide pictures of what the back side looks like if asked.

Thank you one more time for your response Arne ! That's very useful. Funnily I had also a 2019 991.2 T in GT Silver

. My current one is a 992.1 T in chalk.
I have indeed contacted that company and sent all our requirements and waiting for their feedback and quote.
Will post here the updates.
Best,
Fabrice

Well, my T was silver, but a bit different than either of yours. It was a '72 longhood...

Amazing ! You got the initial T

. So so cool !! Any more photos you could share with us ?
BTW got a response from QualityLapelPins and they have indeed increased their pricing

Still need to work with them on the mounting hardware as the one they want to provide is just too basic and far away from what was proposed here:

Hello all,
Attached is the grill badge I could have manufactured for the Diablo PCA region. After talking to several manufacturers the one we selected was in Asia and it took about 1 year in total for this project to be done and delivered properly. We did a sample phase before the real production for validating everything.
This is a real photo of the badge mounted on my 992.1T. This is imitation hard enamel and we have PVC parts protecting both sides of the grill and a backing plate and M5 rods and nuts.
Best,
Fabrice
