I only get the leak when i dive car around. It does not leak if i run it in driveway. I looked through access panel in trunk and its dry. Also does not smell in car.
Ideas?

The fuel pump and filter is next to the right rear tire (as you look at the car from the rear). Chances are one of the hoses or fittings in that area are leaking, but only when the pump is on and creating pressure in the system. If you look under there when it's leaking, the source of the leak will likely be pretty clear. Let us know what you find!

Your title says "above' the rear wheel. Where exactly are you seeing the gas? The filler neck is also in that area and can also leak externally, though more likely when filling and/or when the tank is full and sloshing around in corners....

To add to Tom's comment, if the filler neck is not perfectly round (usually caused by hanging the gas nozzle when filling), the O ring around the gas cap cannot seal and will allow fuel to slosh out on left hand turns. Look for the deformation at the bottom of the outer part of the filler neck.
The fuel spillage happens more often at the track, but can happen on the street as well.

Was the tank full? If not, I'd check to see if there is any correlation between fuel level and leaks. If there is, that would point to the filler area/neck.
