What makes the difference?

I was doing a comparison between a '21 and '25 Spyder and noticed the cargo area quite different. Here's the quote:
" Cargo capacity: The 2021 model has 9.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity with all seats in place. The 2025 model has 4.2 cubic feet of cargo capacity."
