944 S2 Windshield Replacement

Just went through heck finding a windshield for my S2.
I use Grundy Classic car insurance which is Philadelphia Insurance.
They were good to work with. The problem was that they use Safelite as their affiliates and no-one could source the windshield. Foe a while there I didn't I was ever going to get my windshield replaced.
I finally called Porsche of Westwood, Ma on a whim and spoke with Mack. He said I can have your windshield in two days. Wow!
Don't know why I didn't call there first...
They use a small shop in Wrentham, Ma called Ideal Glass. They are an "unaffiliated" shop with Philadelphia Insurance but Lynn at Ideal Glass took care of everything with regards to insurance. No out of pocket expense for me.
