Anyone with these parts and near Miami? :)

Hi,
Sorry if this is not the correct location for this question.
I am looking for the following parts for a 1986 944 turbo.
1) heater control unit - turns out after spending cycles troubleshooting my unit, the issue was a cracked board. I am looking for a control unit that has working AC and defrost/recirculate switches. It does not matter if the 2 knob and 2 slider switches are missing or damaged (as long as the actual unit works). Ideally looking for someone who is in Miami area or can ship to Miami.
2) muffler tip, preferably OEM. Can be used. Someone cut off my exhaust tip + a portion of the line it connects too...in an idea situation I would need the tip and about 12" of pipe....just the tip will suffice and a local shop can fabricate the rest.
3) working AFM
4) Odometer gear
5) TPS (would like to have a spare)
I know I can buy most of these items online or on ebay, but looking to purchase from a board member and avoid the ebay headaches.
