Under the basement stairs between the joists.

Fits in with the hanging Christmas ornament storage.

I picked up six M16 x 1.0 pitch x 110mm long bolts including fender washers to distribute the load better.
I had tons of spare lumber wood scraps around so I made use of them.

You could hang about 1000lbs off what I made up.

2012 VW Tiguan - Kinda stock
2013 Cayenne Base - 6 Speed! Tastefully modified, mostly stock
