I have a tial 30mm dual port WG with a mac 3 port solenoid installed but for some reason I'm not boosting .The vacuum route is right . In what pins of the KLR or DME does the boost solenoid wire too ?
I have the solenoid wired to pin 2 cycling valve and pin 6 12v looking to confirm if I'm correct?
Is there anything else i should do or maybe I'm missing , thank you

I've never heard of anyone running a Mac solenoid directly from the KLR/DME. Generally, people drive those valves with an aftermarket electronic boost controller. I've never tested the KLR cycling valve control signal (pin 2) on a scope or otherwise, but I'd be very (very) surprised if it produced a signal that would work on the MAC valve to create a useable boost curve. Also, depending on the internal resistance of your particular MAC valve, you risk burning out the cycling valve driver inside the KLR. My apologies if you are beyond these comments, but suspect you need to study up on aftermarket boost controllers and Tial wastegate plumbing. The quicker/cheaper way is to get a black knob manual boost controller and plumb it directly to the Tial.
I had a mbc controller installed the the 38mm WG but I had a problem adjusting the controller , so i wanted to updated the oem cycle valve to a mac solenoid . I plugged the mac solenoid where the old oem cycle valve goes red/green and black/red wires go to klr pin 6 -12v and pin -2 cycle valve out . But there is no click coming from the mac solenoid.
Tom so if i go back the a mbc what else do I need to buy to run this setup correctly so I wont damaged the engine??

Right, so ditch the MAC valve and cycling valve and go with just the MBC. If you have stock DME and KLR chips, you will need to install performance chips to over-ride the factory over-boost protection -- or keep the boost quite low, like 10 -11 psi. With the MBC and performance chips, I'd still keep it at 15psi or less on pump gas. Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge? That's a near-necessity if you are controlling your own boost. And next would be a Wideband O2 sensor if you want to turn up the boost.
No need to reinvent the wheel on the MBC. Just follow the plumbing chart for your set up as posted on the Lindsey Racing website, here:

The tial WG is a different setup bc of the reverse valve, then the LR WG I do have the proper setup and I do have the MBC I could install it back now I need to buy for a 86 Porsche 944 Turbo klr and ecu chips and a 3.0 fpr .You said keep it under under 15 psi so I wont blow my HG. So from a stock 217 hp I should be bumped up to a bit of 225Hp + or -?

The Lindsey page does have a chart for your wastegate and MBC. Look at the one under: "86-88 944T w/Stock Intake (1 vac port), Dual Port WG w/MBC, Venturi Delete"
Lots and lots of chip options. I'm a big fan of Vitesse Racing chips, but any of the popular chips will do.
At 15psi, with a MBC and aftermarket chips, you'll pick up 40-50hp easy, and the boost will hit much harder, making it feel more like an extra 100hp. It will totally transform the car....
