I would not recommend PLA for any automotive application. Its resistance to temperature is insufficient. You may think it is cool enough under the car, but that is where the air passing through the radiator exits. I would recommend you reprint your clamps with CF or glass filled ABS (or ASA) at minimum.

this print with the PLA-cf was mostly just for testing purposes and to make sure the concept works- I will be printing with a PA-6 or PA-CF but not for these tester pieces due to the expense
