I did take a measurement from a spare aos i had at home 27mm and 32mm but would like to know if anyone have the oring OD and ID as well as the holes in the block. If i have those measurements i can groove the oring correctly and maybe make the inserts bigger.
Cant justify the waiting for the purchaceable items and can make them for free at work . Also the euro 9ff company dont have them in stock .

This is something i really need before i can start the car.

Sorry, forgot. Just measured and got 29mm and 33mm using standard calipers. Calipers aren't perfect for measuring bores, but got those numbers +/- .05mm. To get any more accurate, I'd need to dig up some kind of mini-bore measuring tool, but I'd be willing to bet they are designed at 29 and 33 even.

Thanks again more Accurate measurements won’t be needed since the oring will pick up the slop

So, why are you blocking these breather and fill ports off? Are you going with a dry sump system? Racecar?

They are not being blocked off Michael they will be routed to a catch can filter for crank case ventilation. I have no vacuum system left in the car apart from to the brake booster. Cant afford install dry sump just yet but will be done - Maybe next year

I think you’ll want to block the lower port and just use the upper for your breather. The lower port will push too much oil.

Interesting was planning to join them with a T at top and Run AN 12. I may still do this but add a checkvalve/oneway that leads to the lower port to allow oilfill .
