Good tutorial/how to for radio installation

Now that my car is officially OK'd by the government to be on the road (yay!), I can start working on some 'not necessary stuff' such as a new car radio.
Months ago, I bought a Blaupunkt Bremen SQR 46 but I'm a bit unexperienced in radio installations. Last time I did it, it was in a BMW E36 and I basically let someone else do it
