Has anyone changed their inner door handles?

Hey all... In my quest to rid my car of all shinny metal/plastic trim, I started focusing on inner door handles...
Has anyone swapped theirs out? I am curious as I don't see many people swapping these out.
I don't want to get the fabric door pulls. They look cool, but almost everyone I talk to says they wish they had regular door handles.
Option 1: Get them covered in leather/Race-tex. Pretty Expensive!!

Option 2: Carbon

I actually don’t mind the door handles because, unlike most of the shiny chrome-look pieces, I believe they are real metal. The same thing with the paddle shifters. I would like to get rid of the rest of the cheap plastic stuff.

That's a good point.

I feel similar to Larry in that anything I touch regularly I don't want to be fake plastic metal. Shifter handle, arrive an drive knob etc. The door handles don't bother me as they seem real and the trims around the vents I never touch. I am super curious what you come up with.

Ha, we shall see. It's fun coming up with different ways to mess around with my interior, without breaking the bank. There has been a couple things I have just scrapped. You never really know until its on your car.
I don't actually mind the plastic/metal trim (certainly not as much as some people), it's just usually the only thing that presents some fun opportunities for customizations
