My car was accepted for the 2024 Cars and Community at Amelia this year. WooHoo.

I went to the Cars and Community last year. Even with the heavy rain, and my much better half complaining about the rain, it was the best car event I have been to. Cars that I have only seen in magazines, bazillion $ cars (there were two Pagonis parked at the hotel along side a MB 200SL convertible) and so much more. This year we are doing Werks Reunion on Friday, C&C on Saturday and the Amelia on Sunday.

We’ll be there for Werks on Friday, C&C and the Hangar event on Saturday as well as the concours on Sunday. Last year, we only attended the Werks Reunion. Will definitely look for your red 718 GTS!

Heading up to Amelia Island in a few hours. Werks Reunion tomorrow. Car and Community Saturday. And the Amelia Sunday. Will head back Monday.

Looks like weather’s going to be “iffy” this year yet again… We are already here and plan to take in the Brumos museum today. Here’s to hoping we stay somewhat dry!
