Was replacing the lenses on my front turn signal assemblies and need a couple of the rubber mounts with threaded inserts that push into the bumper. I’ve searched high and low with no luck. Any chance someone might have some?

Do you have a picture of the part you're after? (And, yes, I realize the irony of that question.

)

I ended up making my own. Took the bumper cover off for adequate access to the back side of the fastener. Used the exact same approach for the fog lights.
I used red loctite on the forward-facing flange nuts. The washers sandwiched the bumper material. Installed everything with the bumper cover removed, then attached the bumper cover to the car.
M6 threaded studs (25mm) with corresponding flange nuts and fender washers, all in 304 stainless iirc.

Sorry about the no picture thing. Forgot to take them before I left for a few days. So here they are and unfortunately the eyelets on my assembly have both broken, so I can't really make my own like usury did.

I think those are called rubber well nuts. They are cheap and available in many sizes. You should be able to find/order the size you need from McMaster or Amazon.

For anyone looking, I bought these from McMaster Car and they fit pretty snug in the existing holes. I don’t have the right size washer to fit an m6 screw, but waiting on a new(used) assembly anyway.
