On my 1986 944 Turbo, I have on the left hand side (driver's side) a heat protection plate (https://www.rosepassion.com/en/diagrams ... rive-40167) installed. On the right side (near the Xover to exhaust manifold flange), there is none, but there seem to be 2 holes in the same location.

Should there be a shield on the passenger's side? And if so, is it the same part number as the one I linked?

Yeah, this isn't very well depicted in the PET (...it even says both shields go on the left...). Passenger's side gets a similar shield, but with some extra bits for the crossover:

Thanks! I'll source one to complete my car.

Edit: according to my local shop, this part was updated to 95134110802, which has an extra bend in the shield.
