Recently picked up an 88' 944 NA and ran into the you tube channel while planning how to do my belts which led me to the forum. Seems like a great place.

Welcome aboard! Good looking car -- just being safe with the trailer until you get it home and sorted?

Yeah it ran well but the brakes where very soft, with a 2 hour drive home we figured better safe than sorry

We look forward to hearing how things turn out, and I imagine she will stop plenty of folks in their tracks with a fresh brake flush, ha. Congrats on Black Beauty!

One missing bolt on the front left caliper, new rotors all around + brake pads and 2 brake flushes. Then new rubber and a quick alignment job in the the home shop and she handles pretty good at 115mph

That's awesome! There's an old mechanic/restoration saying I'll butcher, but something to the effect of first make it stop, then make it turn, then make it go.... You are right on track!
