S2 Headers
Does anyone have any experience with the difference in performance from the change to a long tube header system for an S2? I am already very happy with the performance of the car but thinking of a winter project. The header I would probably choose will be made by ACP. If you respond please list the header you fit.

There are several headers available for the S2, but reliable (actual) performance increases are rarely offered. Here's what Karl Poeltl posted about the stainless steel header he sells at Racer's Edge:

I've heard a lot of positive feedback on it.

Thank you for the insights. The take home message for me is the gain for the price won't be worth it. Especially since it seems I'll gain back as much with an engine rebuild, which at 125,000 miles the car could use. More likely I'll contact you about suspension parts.

Just curious, what issues are you having that make you think the engine needs rebuilt?Race5103 wrote: Wed Aug 23, 2023 2:26 am Karl:
