I'm having a wild hair couple of days and started looking at adding some stripes or racing livery type graphics to my car. And thoughts?

I'm not a big one for graphics because I like the monochrome (ok, plain

) look. Maybe I'm just lazy in that regard...
But that being said, stripes can look fabulous on most cars if done correctly and the nice thing is that they are easy to remove or change at will. The material of wraps and the like are awesome!

Same response as Tim. I wouldn't likely put them on my car but... I've seen cars with them and they catch my eye. Many look really good.
Worst case, you get tired of the look and remove them.

Heck, once I get my Cayman GTS broken in, and some mods added for negative camber, different wheels, etc. she will have plenty of decals festooning her gorgeous, curvy body! Gopher it!

I am considering the side stripes.
What are you thinking of doing?

Gopher it - new terminology for me. Ok - I'm expecting to see some action on that front. Curious as to what you two are thinking...
J-Dub & WillyDaP - ya gotta post pics of your ideas if you can. For sure we've got to see pics after the dastardly deeds are done.

Go 4 -it = gopher it , and I figured for a Tennessee boy that would be simple to finger out! Another misspelling there , intended , but I will be doing plenty of decals, numbers, and maybe considering doing a wrap on the back portion. I think one idea J-Dub might consider besides side stripes in black, would be an off-center hood, roof, decklid stripe that lines up with the steering wheel. That is a bit different, but looks good on a sports car, imho.

I knew what it was - just never have seen it written that way! (Or don't remember if I did!)

Indeed it is!
