Looking forward to meeting a few Carpoke Members at the 50th Anniversary of the Solo Nationals this September and I may even have my GTS by then. Regardless , I will be the old, bald guy, asking you plenty of questions about set up, tires and more, as 2024 the Chalk Concrete Crusader will be hitting the track. This year, as in the recent past, I will be the " Official Tirewarmer " for my son in his 06 EVO 9, running in SSP against a bevy of ...........................Porsches!

We have family in Lincoln -- great town, especially on a football day. :) Sounds like a great event, and I do hope you find some other Carpokeans there! In the meantime, welcome aboard Carpokes!!

Just got back from your part of the Country ( Carmel Highlands, Cambria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo ) and the concept here is perfect. I have been on Forums for 25+ years and watched them come and go. They actually helped me sell a ton of Vipers and other performance cars, and the ones that stayed fun, friendly and non confrontational are still thriving. Gearheads, Motörheads, Trackrats, Machineheads, Petrolheads, or whatever we call ourselves want a safe place to go talk about our passion for automobiles, and discussing negative stuff needs to be left to the myriad of cranky humans out there, ha. Look forward to contributing and getting solid advice and help here. Thanks for the welcome and the SCCA Solo Nationals are nuts --- 1300 Coneheads descend on Lincoln each year.
