Is there a way to have a map and all members could put a pin on the map where they are from? That would be pretty cool to see.

I would sure consider joining PCA and then the Region in Minnesota as most Clubs have so many activities you can go to quite a few when your schedule allows. Plus many have found there is a wide variety of owners and I know in our Region we have quite a few with 924/944s and they are old farts so they have plenty of moldy old knowledge to transfer to others ,ha. Seriously , the magazine is killer, and the track activities in the Midwest are solid, plus most groups have plenty of cool cruises. This Forum is very strong for knowledge on older Porsches so I know you will get a lot from the site and even though I am not in your PCA Region I am new to the Club and have introduced some track friends to PCA and they are quite surprised at the enormous scope of the Club and amazed there is so much to do --- too much for most of us to even consider doing. No worries , this is just a little suggestion because I have been a member of numerous groups over the years and it has been shocking to me how much is going on Regionally, Nationally and Worldwide.

Welcome and hope to get things going in your area, though suggesting a member of the PCA up there might get you the group of like minded folks in Minnesota.

There is a package to do this, although I believe it populates the map itself with profile country/postal codes, but allows you to search for nearby members, pin special places, etc. Let me play around with it to see if it's Carpokes worthy.
