Luke wrote: Mon Oct 21, 2024 3:00 pm Hey Tom, I assume these current kits are still only LHD compatible?

I'm very much interested in a RHD compatible kit without LEDs 🤞
All the kits I had over the weekend are already sold, but I just ordered more museum glass (acrylic) for another dozen kits, and have already started printing the next batch. Stay tuned. The museum glass went up quite a bit, so I will need to bump the price of the kit by $10-$20 to cover that. I love the LED kit and think it's a huge part of the kit. That said, without the LED kit, I'm not sure there would be any difference between a LHD car and a RHD car? Would you have any pictures of the cluster in the dash without the big vent surround installed? Only thing I can think of is that you'd be missing the side panel that normally holds the LED circuit board, which also closes off a little gap in the dash that's created when you remove the original clear front. If you have a picture, I can probably tell if it would work just to print the mirror image of that existing part.
Thanks for the reply Tom. Yes, I like what you've done with the LED kit as well, especially the dimmer control, excellent engineering!

However, I've got my eye on some backlit gauges which look like they'll work quite well, but if they don't I'll have to switch back to front lit.

The pictures I have to hand aren't useful in the slightest, they're just the ones I took whilst doing the odometer gear fix earlier in the year, but I'll take some more at the weekend to show exactly what you're looking for 👍

Moman gauges from Poland? They look nice. I have been hovering over the check out button for months but I've been too busy at home/work to justify it.

I have found a couple of RHD dash install photos from a few years ago but not sure how helpful they are.

I'm making more as fast as I can. Currently waiting for more of the Optium Museum acrylic to make the lens. Keep your eyes on this thread for announcements when more become available -- I'd guesstimate a week or two....
