Nice idea! Way better then screwing into the bumper which will at some point strip out.PTS colors would be fantastic but probably not practical, plus you don't really see them anyway.

Great job!Tom

Another awesome video by Jet Fuel Only. The Crazy Eddie clips (out-takes from his interview I assume) are beyond hilarious.... I sincerely believe they should become a staple of all future Jet Fuel Only videos. Like finding the Tarantino cameo in his own movies. :D :D :D

Stigs, thanks for the factory-floor picture! Kind of like when Porsche sends you a picture of your car on the assembly line. It just needs the metal threads and 3M molding tape and it's a mount!

For those with their heart set on a particular color, I can still 3D print them in a number of colors and honestly the 3D printed ones will outlive cockroaches I'm sure. (The ones in the JFO video were 3D printed....) Printing is just time-consuming and the colors don't really 'match' in most cases. That said, if someone 'really' wants a color-matched mount, I'd suggest they get the white ones and paint them themselves. I posted this before, but for those who missed it....

Tom, I’m incredibly impressed! It’s like the Porsche people’s version of the Post It note! Incredibly simple yet badly needed by all! Have to get them for my 991.2.

My original 3D-printed mounts were for my 991.2, so I know it well. :) We are in the final stages of getting CNC versions of these mounts done for the 981/991/992 cars, so would suggest you get those when ready. We have a few little tweaks to make on the prototypes and then will do a production batch. I had hoped to announce them this week, but more likely sometime next week. Keep your eyes open for that here on Carpokes.

And, Welcome to Carpokes! We're still new and growing, but we're 100% about Porsche camaraderie here, right down to the free swag and member-to-member solutions like these mounts, gauge bezels, on-off solutions to things, etc. Please pass the word. As I've said all along, I reserve the right to give stuff away to those who really embrace the site and try to help it grow with quality posts, referrals to friends, etc. :)

Yeah, I'm convinced. This will make a great add-on for my 992. It's something Porsche should've supplied from the beginning.

Brad, I sent you a PM last week, but it does not look like you opened it. You can email me at [email protected] if the PM system isn't your thing. :)
