Porsche Approved Collision Center

I was involved in a minor car accident several weeks ago that necessitated replacement of my front bumper cover on my Cayman GTS. I had heard about the Porsche Approved Collision Center Program. I went to their website and found only a few approved shops in Los Angeles. I selected the shop with the best reviews, Collision Consultants.

I brought my car in to Collision Consultants and was greeted by a group of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional people. I was introduced to the Porsche specialist who has been Porsche certified. The entire repair process was seamless. I was updated throughout the repair. I picked up my car yesterday. The repair job was perfect - looks exactly like it was before the accident. All of my settings were exactly the same.

If someone has any Porsche repair needs in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Collision Consultants. As a side note, I am very picky and set the bar high when it comes to everything car related.

Great news Larry. Happy you are back on the road and good as new. I was skeptical of the Porsche-approved body shop concept initially, but have had the same great experience with the one local to me (German Autobody in Santa Clara, just be sure to get the owner John involved). Your shop must have done a serious good job for you to post an unsolicited glowing review like this -- happy for you and your car!

Thanks for that info Larry!

I didn't realize that Porsche had such a referral service. For those not in the LA area, here is the link to Porsche's 'Approved Collision Center Program' with a locator where one can enter a city or zip and find a relatively close facility. (It's noticeable that Porsche is picky - there aren't many on the approved list).

Check out the ‘Restraint Systems’ and ‘Vehicle Diagnostics’ section of their bill. Talk about detail! This is not your typical body shop.
