Manual Steering Rack - pinion bearings

For those that have backdated to a factory manual rack, has anyone been able to source the bearing found at the top of the pinion? No luck myself and from what I can tell others have had trouble as well. There has to be a supplier somewhere...

Top bearing: F-81985
Bottom bearing, for reference: HK1012
