Oddball Questions

Ok here goes. I’ve asked this same question on other Porsche forums and usually get less than stellar answers or silence. I’ve even tried to contact Porsche and some folks in PCA but never got a response.

I have a 2012 911 Turbo. It has a manual transmission. Porsche stopped putting manuals in Turbos around 2011/12 because I’ve heard that customers were burning out the clutches which I totally understand. :P

So my questions are, is there anyway to find out how many 911 Turbos were delivered in 2012, how many were manuals, is there a way to determine where mine sits in those last manuals?

I have the COA but nothing in there about this. I’ve never seen another 2012 Turbo with a manual. Would love to chat with other 2012 MT Turbo owners!

Anyone know how to get this info?

Thanks in advance!

Tom, I also know someone in need of additional info of that nature for 2012 Turbo S, so I'd be interested if you turn up anything.

I usually take photos of the other Porsches I see but here's what I think is the best picture I might have. Let me know if this works or not.

And thank you!

If you thoroughly search 996- 997 turbo auction results on BaT there’s a user -bmdala- who has posted production numbers for all the different variations. He may have posted on Rennlist as well.
