Porsches at NOLA with Max Track Time

Just wanted to share some cool pictures of Porsches at the past few Max Track Time events. I'm still in awe at the old 911 Cup car at the Road Atlanta event. The thing sounded incredible too when it whizzed past the tower.

Thanks for posting @MaxTrackTime ! I have MaxTrackTime events on this year's track day spreadsheet that I compile every year - I haven't gotten around to posting it on Carpokes yet but will do so in a bit. Glad to see you guys partnered with WRL! Very cool!

BY the way, welcome to Carpokes. Please post as many pictures as you care to - we all love photos!

Thank you for adding us to the spreadsheet! It's been great serving the WRL paddock so far - we're really looking forward to the Road America event in May. Should be a fun time!

We were there with WRL in 2021 and had a blast! Surprisingly, we even made the podium (3rd) in GP2.

Oh awesome! I want to say that makes you guys Chump Change Racing right? Our NP01 was still running in GTO at that time. I think we won one of the days that year and then lost a half-shaft the second day.

That's us! We're doing mostly ChampCar this year - we're pretty outclassed in WRL, so taking a step back. I won't do as much racing anymore as I'm wanting to step back from the work and the extra long weekends. (Time catches up...) Track days are a lot easier!

Oh awesome! Champ is a good time. I did the VIR 24 hour back in 2019 in an Acura RSX - really fun! Unfortunately, life takes priority some time. Hopefully you get an opportunity to go racing again some time soon!

We were at VIR that year but mechanicals on test day did us in so a DNS.

We'll be at NCM MSP in 2-weeks and I'll go to AMP later in the year, so not totally out. However, not sure what else I'll do at this point. The team has six or seven races penciled in.

I posted the track day scedule spreadsheets here: https://www.carpokes.com/viewtopic.php? ... 646#p16646

Thanks for your earlier comment - it got me off my butt to get that post done!
