128 ci motor yielding 429 hp - that's insane!!
Let's see - my old C6 with its 7.0 liter LS7 would be 1,430 hp at the same output numbers!
And here I thought my Golen-built race LS7 was awesome at 650-ish hp. Lol.

The 924 Carrera GTR 2.0 liter engine was 375 hp from the factory...in trans am tune it was 550 hp....in the video the complete build is shown for the rescue 924 Turbo...
The 4 cylinder in the Motor Werks 924 Carrera GTR tribute makes up to 600 reliable hp, the 1.8 20vt, it is an evolution of the same engine.....the car weighs 1960 lb...
the original 924 GTR in trans am tune had 550 hp and weighed 2000 lb., in stock tune it had 375 hp, in 1980 it was the quickest of all Porsche's sold.
