Rust-Oleum Customer Service--WOW

So I use a LOT of Rust-Oleum for the bezels and other parts I make. It sprays and looks great and costs peanuts compared to most options. The only issue is that I tend to use them for small parts, and then the cans tend to sit for a while until the next time I need that color. As a result, the nozzles tend to clog up. I need a good spray pattern for the bezels, etc., so often I can only use a fraction of the paint before I can no longer use the can. I've tried soaking the nozzles and cleaning them, etc., but have never found an approach that restores that new-can spray pattern.
So, on a whim I sent a note to the "contact us" form on Rust-Oleum's main page, asking if I could buy spare nozzles. I figured I'd be lucky to ever hear back. Within 10 minutes, they wrote back saying they'd be happy to replace my clogged nozzle. So I replied saying thanks, but I use a LOT of cans, so was hoping to buy some in bulk. They wrote back immediately and asked how many I wanted. I said it probably depended a bit on the price, but that I could use 'dozens' of them in the long run. Within maybe 5 minutes I get a tracking number for a package from Rust-Oleum. The whole interaction was less than 30 minutes. Two days later I get an envelope with 50 free nozzles in the mail!! Free. In a world of scripted call centers and 'service tickets,' Rust-Oleum is a throwback to the days of amazing customer service. All hail Rust-Oleum!!! (NYSE: RPM).
