I can't get rid of pictures from my pictures and Amazon

This is a weird thing. I can usually solve this myself.
I have pictures on my IP site. I also have the Amazon Cloud (free with Prime).
I can delete pictures and either one, but they stay on my files. I can't find the place to stop the sharing? I know it's simple to do but can't find it. Please help me.
