I notice a "clunk" in transmission on my Cayman GTS when applying throttle when the car is under 10MPH. Dealer says is normal. Is it?

Ah, the old 'that's normal' approach. I had an '18 991 with pdk and certainly had no clunk. I have no insight on the Cayman per se, but low speed clunks can be CV joints too (or tranny mounts other things). Can you induce the clunk by going very slow (like 5mph) and giving it a little gas? Or by turning in tight circles slowly (coast/gas/coast/gas) and listing with the windows down? There are plenty of Cayman PDK owners here. Unless they tell you all have that clunk, I'd want a second opinion. Can you post a video of it happening?

p.s., welcome to Carpokes. took me a minute to 'get' your user name -- nice work there. :)

I have never experienced that sound coming from my PDK, 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0, nor from my previous 2014 Cayman S.
