Can your Cayenne connect to the Track Precision App?

Hey everyone,
Porsche recently announced newer Cayennes will be able to use the Track Precision App. Although their literature states that Sport Chrono is required, I have found there are cases with some cars that it is NOT required. So I want to confirm with actual owners.
I want to know, can you connect to the car with the Porsche Track Precision App?
YES or NO:
Do you have Sport Chrono
Do you have Nav (not sure if it was a non-option)
Do you have Porsche Connect?
Is your Porsche Connect subscription active?
