I enjoyed that race. Lots of tension as to whether Oscar would get the pass done. One thing that struck me was the poor pit timing of McLaren. - over 3 seconds compared to mid to low 2 secs for Ferrari .

Yet McLaren won by a hugely comfortable margin over 3rd & 4th place Ferrari. That suggests that the McLarens are in the zone!

Yes, definitely in the zone, and there will be huge support for Lando in the British GP next week.

"Today, one driver made everyone else look silly," Wolff said in reference to Verstappen's dominant drive.
Bortoleto's comment too:

Unfortunately, the storied race-oriented Autoweek is now mostly gone, with the minimal remaining on-line only vestiges of the magazine now also suddenly shut down a month or so ago. The same appears to be happening for the useful weekly TV race schedules. The giants continue to swallow the minnows, in this case Hearst, considerably changing the landscape.
Meanwhile, I'll search elsewhere for a replacement for the excellent but now defunct Autoweek F1 race tables (race results, driver standings, constructor standings) that were easy to post and offered clear online reading.
I found the following snippets regarding the demise of Autoweek:
"Autoweek’s detailed Formula 1 race results, driver standings, and constructor standings pages disappeared in mid-2025 following the effective shutdown of Autoweek.com by its parent company, Hearst Autos, in August 2025."
"...the closure came abruptly, with most Autoweek staff laid off or reassigned to other Hearst-owned outlets such as MotorTrend. In practice, very few staff remained, and the site’s race result databases and live standings trackers were discontinued"
"Autoweek’s race result and standings lists are gone because the brand’s independent editorial operation was dismantled, and the data-heavy motorsport tracking features were not migrated to MotorTrend’s site or any other Hearst property."
"The remaining Formula 1 content on Autoweek is now limited to sporadic news columns and opinion pieces, not the structured statistical sections that previously existed."
