Ive finalised the plumbing in the engine bay to get the S2 engine running again. I had to clock the AOS outlet 60deg to clear the intake manifold.

Fuel lines are finished, I need to reinstate the pump, flush the lines and set the base pressure.

New motor is far as it can go until I can take parts off the S2 motor to complete it. I'm still tossing up what to do with the headers and cross over but the focus is on getting the car running and non-boost tuning done.

Not sure if I'm missing something but that Hayward intake is on your 16v head. I thought they made these only for 8v heads. Please clarify.
Hayward released a 16V manifold about a year ago. I'm not sure how many plenums he cast in that run but I would get in quick because it was a 6month wait for a casting run.

Well if someone wants an intake, best get in touch with Sebastian or me than so you dont get a cast one but a CNC one for about the same price :)

Bas are you guys doing them all with a carbon plenum or are you mainly just selling the runners and flanges?

We’re now doing the first test and then making an Aluminum plenum so we can make the full intake.

Unexpectedly he Hayward manifold seems to have improved the midrange, rather than shift the power band up. That's by the seat of my pants dyno though, it also sounds amazing.
Is the Hayward intake the reason for the amazing sound? I’m considering his intake for the 968

The car had a cargraphic exhaust already which was quite raspy and nice but the combo of the manifold and cone filter I put on maybe it quite throaty and raw. The turbo will probably mute most of the intake sound I guess. I'm hoping the fabspeed exhaust sounds just as good

Very nice! That will fit with the brake booster in place? Will it work with a naturally aspirated 3.Ol motor? Please post more details when you have it done. I’d be interested in the weight too, because my 968 intake weighs a ton. Thanks.

You will need to have a AOS relocate kit, but apart from that it will work.
We can also make changes if you need us to!
