So the dedicated grounds did fix it?
I think it helped, but I think the issue is bigger than what my initial ground can solve. Unfortunately I'm kind of out of time now to rip the car apart.

We have solder trace repair materials for board repairs.

Clean up the old stuff

Flow some solder along with the trace wire product then conformal coat

The trace I am pointing at with the bit is an example of a test training board.

That piece was flowed with solder and copper trace added.
